Mourinho ‘Agrees’ Terms with Chelsea

Real Madrid coach, Jose Mourinho

Controversial Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho has reportedly agreed a three-year term contract with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich after weeks of talks between both men, reports futaa.com.

The said deal is however yet to be signed as there are still obstacles to the deal being completed.

Jose our man

Reports from a British tabloid say a source close to Abramovich revealed on Monday night that the Stamford Bridge outfit have decided that Jose is the man they want now.

“Roman has run out of options and bringing Jose back is the only move that will get the fans back onside. Chelsea now wants this to happen and it will,” the source is quoted as saying on express.co.uk.

Secret meeting

Abramovich seems to have lost patience with interim manager Rafael Benitez who will depart in May but he’s aware that another change before the end of season may likely turn the fans against him.

Mourinho was spotted at Stamford Bridge watching Brazil take on Russia in an international friendly on Monday night and it is believed that both men must have had a secret meeting after the game.

It will be recalled that Mourinho who is set to leave Real Madrid after three years in charge earlier over the weekend said that he could “go back to somewhere I have already been”.
